Our journey started in a small kitchen where we experimented with different ingredients and recipes until we found the perfect mix. Our brownies are all handmade with love and care, using the finest ingredients to ensure that each bite is a moment of pure bliss. We believe that everyone deserves a little sweetness in their life, and we are here to deliver that to your doorstep.

Ingredients & Allergens
Our brownies are suitable for vegetarians and we are still testing a vegan option, so watch this space! Whilst most of our brownies do not contain nuts, they are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts and seeds, including sesame. Please see below for an ingredients list for each of our brownies (allergens in bold)
Classic Chocolate Brownie
Dark chocolate (soya), sugar, butter (milk), milk chocolate (milk), eggs, plain flour (wheat), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt.
Triple Chocolate Brownie
Sugar, dark chocolate (soya), butter (milk), milk chocolate (milk), white chocolate (milk), eggs, plain flour (wheat), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt.
Salted Caramel Brownie

FAQS
How soon will my brownies arrive? As our brownies are made to order and are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, you will receive your brownies within approximately 2-3 days from the day you place your order (depending on if you order on a week or weekend date)
Will I get delivery notifications? Yes, Royal Mail should send delivery notifications to your email (check spam) letting you know when they will arrive.
Will my brownies fit through the letterbox? No, we like our brownies chunky and have therefore had to forego a letterbox sized box. However Royal Mail will email you a delivery window and you can arrange to have it delivered on a different day or to a different address by using their tracking app.
Where are my brownies? If your brownies have not arrived 3 days after dispatch, please contact us at info@browniewow.co.uk and we will look into it for you.
Does the recipient need to be home? Royal Mail should be able to leave your brownies in a safe place. However, some drivers do want to hand to a recipient so they may need to be in. Royal Mail will email you a delivery window and you can change the day it is delivered via their app.
How are my brownies packaged? Our brownie packaging is fully recyclable. We wrap your brownies in baking parchment and tissue paper and secure them with natural wood wool shredding within your gift box. We can also include a message on a postcard (you can specify any wording when ordering), as well as a note to detail the flavours in the box.
What about allergens? All of our brownie ingredients and allergens are listed in a separate section on the website, but it is safe to say that they will all include milk, eggs, soy and gluten. While most do not contain nuts, we are a kitchen that handles nuts and seeds, including sesame.
How long will my brownies last? We recommend refrigerating your brownies to keep them at their best for the longest, and they will last for up to two weeks if you do.
How many brownies are in my box? You can choose to order a box of 6 or a box of 14. Please contact us if you are looking to make a bulk purchase.
How big are my brownies? Our brownies are approximately 4.5cm x 4.5cm and are around 3-4cm thick. Our box of 6 will weigh around 400g and our box of 12 is around 800g.
How should I store my brownies? Our brownies will keep best in an airtight container in the fridge. Before eating, remove them from the fridge and leave to come to room temperature as this is when they are at their yummiest.
Can you make me a flavour that is not listed on your website? We can certainly discuss it! Please email us at info@browniewow.co.uk with your requirements and we will see what we can do.
Are any of your brownies suitable for vegans? While all of our brownies are suitable for vegetarians, we do not offer a vegan brownie at the moment. However this is something we are testing and once we are happy with the result, we will add it to the product list.
What if I am not happy with my brownies? We will be devastated if you do not love our brownies as much as we do! However if you are unhappy with the condition you have received your order in you must let us know within 48 hours in order to be considered for a refund/exchange/credit. If you are unhappy with the item itself rather than the condition it arrived in, you have up until 14 days from your delivery date to let us know. Please contact us through email or phone and provide us with as much evidence as possible of the issue so that we can figure out a resolution.
